ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP) - HOSTING SERVICES

This AUP governs the use of Tarika Group (“Tarika Group ”) web hosting services. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your service. In the event of a dispute between you and Tarika Group regarding the interpretation of this AUP, Tarika Group’s interpretation, in its reasonable commercial judgment, shall govern. You may not publish or transmit via Tarika Group’s service any content that Tarika Group reasonably believes:
- Constitutes child pornography or any form of exploitation.
- Constitutes pornography or sexually explicit material.
- Is excessively violent, incites violence, threatens violence, or contains harassing content or hate speech.
- Is unfair or deceptive under consumer protection laws, including chain letters and pyramid schemes.
- Is defamatory or violates a person's privacy.
- Creates a risk to a person's safety or health, public safety, national security, or interferes with law enforcement investigations.
- Improperly exposes trade secrets or confidential/proprietary information of another person.
- Assists others in defeating technical copyright protections.
- Clearly infringes on another person's trade or service mark, patent, or other property right.
- Promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking.
- Is otherwise illegal, solicits illegal conduct, or is malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against Tarika Group.
- Proxy, VPN, Warez, Escrow, High-Yield Investment Programs (HYIP), illegal gambling, and lottery sites or services.
- Cryptocurrency mining operations unless explicitly permitted.
- AI-generated misinformation, deepfake content, or synthetic media designed to deceive users.
- Automated bots or web scraping tools used for unethical purposes.
- You must take reasonable security precautions to protect your account, including the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) where applicable.
- You must protect the confidentiality of your password and should change it periodically.
- Customers must keep their software, scripts, and applications updated to prevent security vulnerabilities.
- Unauthorized access attempts, scanning, or exploitation of Tarika Group’s network or other customers' data is strictly prohibited.
Any kind of bulk emailing is strictly prohibited with shared or reseller hosting. With VPS, Hybrid, or Dedicated hosting, you must obtain Tarika Group’s advance approval for any bulk commercial e-mail, which will not be granted unless you meet strict compliance guidelines, including CAN-SPAM compliance and opt-in procedures.

- You are permitted under established United States copyright law.
- A physical or electronic signature of an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location.
- Contact information (address, phone, and email).
- A statement of good faith belief in unauthorized use.
- A statement confirming the accuracy of the notice under penalty of perjury.
- Unauthorized access, scanning, or probing of systems/networks.
- Monitoring data or traffic without authorization.
- Interference with any service, including mail bombing, flooding, overloading, or attacks.
- Forging TCP-IP packet headers or email headers.
- Any conduct likely to result in retaliation against Tarika Group or its customers.
