Any scripts that pose a potential security risk or are deemed to be adversely affecting server performance or network integrity will be shut down or will be automatically removed without prior notice. Tarika Group does not permit CGI script sharing with domains not hosted by Tarika Group or any scripts that may be abused for UCE purposes.
- Any act of preparing, setting up, connecting, maintaining, terminating, or reconnecting customers’ accounts (including all billing data and the space on the particular Web server that Tarika Group provides to customers).
- Any use by customers, or any access provided to customers by Tarika Group, of computing, telecommunications, software, information, hardware, and equipment.
- Any act, or provision of any service, by Tarika Group to customers, related to Web hosting and domain name registrations (including server usage and technical support), regardless of duration and whether paid for or not.
- Any provision by Tarika Group to customers, of any space, Internet connectivity, or electrical power.
- Any access or use related to Tarika group’s Web site, including the Web site itself.
- Any other service mentioned in the TOU.
- Any other service provided by Tarika Group to customers, whether used or not.
- Any other Tarika Group services that are used by customers, whether offered or provided by Tarika Group to customers.
The use of Tarika Group’s services to store, distribute, display, or transmit any form of child sexual abuse material (commonly referred to as child pornography) is strictly forbidden. Tarika Group complies fully with all applicable laws and will report any such content or activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities immediately upon discovery.
Tarika Group respects the privacy of online communications and hosted content. However, customers should be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet—whether via email, web, or other protocols—is completely secure or immune from interception. While Tarika Group implements reasonable safeguards, it does not guarantee the confidentiality or integrity of data transmitted through its infrastructure. Users are strongly advised to exercise discretion and adopt appropriate security measures when transmitting sensitive information.
While Tarika Group does not routinely monitor customer content or communications, it reserves the right to investigate potential violations of its Terms of Use (TOU) or related policies. Upon becoming aware of any such violation, Tarika Group may take appropriate corrective measures, which may include—but are not limited to—suspension or termination of service, restriction of access to specific systems or resources, or other actions deemed necessary to protect its network and users.
In cases involving resellers or customers providing services to others, Tarika Group may take action in response to the activities of downstream users. All customers are expected to cooperate fully with any investigation or mitigation efforts initiated by Tarika Group. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of policy and may result in additional enforcement actions, including those that may affect connected or third-party services.
Actions Taken by Tarika Group
Failure to comply with these Terms of Use (TOU) may result in the suspension or termination of services. Tarika Group retains sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation of its policies. It reserves the right to remove, suspend, or deactivate any account without prior notice and to refuse service to any individual or entity at any time.
Upon identifying a potential violation, Tarika Group may initiate an investigation and, during this period, temporarily restrict access to prevent further unauthorized activity. Based on the findings and severity of the issue, Tarika Group may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate service, and pursue legal or equitable remedies as deemed necessary. In instances where criminal activity is suspected, Tarika Group will report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Unlisted or unconventional activities may also be considered violations if they are deemed illegal, irresponsible, or disruptive to network operations. Service interruptions resulting from enforcement actions do not qualify for service credits. Furthermore, customers are fully liable for all costs incurred by Tarika Group in resolving policy violations—including, without limitation, labor, system recovery, and responses to third-party complaints.
Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tarika Group and its affiliates—including officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, consultants, subsidiaries, and third-party vendors—from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from the customer’s use or misuse of Tarika Group’s services, violation of the TOU, or infringement of any third-party rights.
All services provided by Tarika Group are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tarika Group makes no guarantees regarding the security, reliability, availability, or performance of its services.
No oral or written information, advice, or assurances provided by Tarika Group or its representatives shall be deemed to create a warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarika Group and its partners, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs, or losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the services provided.
In the event that a customer becomes insolvent or is subject to any bankruptcy filing—whether filed by or against the customer—Tarika Group reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without prior notice or liability. The customer consents to the automatic lifting of any stay of proceedings, to the extent permitted by law, allowing Tarika Group to enforce its rights under this agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TARIKA GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES—including, without limitation, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, vendors, and subsidiaries—SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF TARIKA GROUP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TARIKA GROUP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ITS SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
Tarika Group reserves the right to upgrade, modify, replace, or discontinue any aspect of its services, software, or systems at any time, without prior notice. These changes may affect customer configurations or custom applications. Tarika Group bears no responsibility for any resulting impact on customer systems or content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, customers are solely responsible for managing and backing up all data stored or processed using Tarika Group’s services. This includes applying updates, patches, and security measures to software used in conjunction with those services.
Some technologies or components provided by Tarika Group may be licensed from or co-branded with third-party providers. Tarika Group makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the quality, accuracy, or continued availability of these third-party technologies. Customers use such technologies at their own risk, and Tarika Group disclaims all liability related to the termination or alteration of such licenses.
Any reference to third-party (non-Tarika Group) products or services by Tarika Group or its representatives is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement. Tarika Group assumes no responsibility for the performance, warranties, or claims made by those third parties.
All content, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary materials on Tarika Group’swebsite are the exclusive property of Tarika Group or its licensors. Customers may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any such material without prior written consent. Misrepresentation of affiliation with Tarika Group is strictly prohibited.
Customers may not assign, transfer, or delegate their rights or obligations under this agreement, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Tarika Group. Any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.
Use of Tarika Group services is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. If a minor (under 18) seeks access, a parent or legal guardian must accept the Terms of Use on the minor’s behalf and assumes full responsibility for the minor’s compliance, including all charges and obligations, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tarika Group.
Tarika Group shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, equipment failures, embargoes, or government actions (“Force Majeure”). Tarika Group will make reasonable efforts to minimize the effects and duration of any such disruption. Financial hardship or lack of funds will not be considered a Force Majeure event and will not relieve customers of their payment obligations.
No modification, waiver, or amendment to these Terms of Use shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Tarika Group.

Accounts more than 30 days overdue are subject to automatic suspension. Tarika Group reserves the right to initiate collection proceedings, with all associated legal and recovery costs payable by the customer.

Non-credit card payments are limited to annual or quarterly cycles. Changes to billing cycles take effect at the next renewal date. Additional services or features may be billed monthly or as specified in a proposal. These charges are non-refundable.
- Returned (NSF) Checks: Subject to a $6.00 processing fee.
- Wire Transfers: No fee from Tarika Group, but intermediary or issuing banks may charge additional processing fees.
- Account Reactivation: $9.60 fee. Restoration of data incurs an additional $28.59 fee.
- Hosting Plan Downgrade: $9.60 fee.
- Platform Change Fee: $9.60.
- Upgrades: No administrative fee, but customers are charged the difference in setup fees between plans.
Returned or rejected payments, including checks or other payment forms that are not honored due to insufficient funds or related issues, are subject to a standard $35.00 processing fee. Additional administrative or recovery fees may apply in cases of repeated or complex payment failures. Such fees will be evaluated and assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Tarika Group reserves the right to adjust charges to reflect the actual costs incurred.
Each of Tarika Group ‘s shared hosting plans carries a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund of the fees paid in advance (excluding setup fees) upon plan cancellation. The following services do not qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee: additional items and services; domain name registration; dedicated servers; items and services ordered through the reseller program; domain parking plus; and overage fees.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Available on shared hosting plans only. Setup fees and certain services are excluded.
- Exclusions: No refunds are provided for domain registrations, dedicated servers, reseller programs, or add-on services.
- After 30 Days: No refunds are issued after the initial 30-day period.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued using the original method of payment.
Tarika Group reserves the right to modify its pricing and policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect in the following billing cycle.
